For the majority of nationalities, the UK government issues a single visa that allows you to enter the country. As a non-European Union passport holder, you may legally intern in the United Kingdom. This is referred to as the Tier 5 Visa.

Requirements
Your internship must be in the following areas:
- No more than four months.
- A well-defined internship with a well-defined training program.
- A weekly minimum of 25 hours.
- In accordance with UK labor laws.
You are required to:
- Be over the age of 18,
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at an authorized university or institution OR
- I have completed a university degree within the last 12 months.

- Maintain up-to-date and adequate travel insurance throughout your internship
- A minimum coverage of $1,000,000 for medical expenses and repatriation.
